2nd round of the bio bio research project aimed at designing and producing a functional prototype using the findings and materials from the project’s first phase. the project was carried out in 2010, again in collaboration with textile designer karina nielsen rios. research partner was senior engineer tom løgstrup andersen from risø, the danish national laboratory for sustainable energy. design-intern henk hatzmann worked hard on all aspects of the project. we are working on getting closer to a product for manufacture in 100% bio based composite materials
